Moris Kori, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Luminescent Technologies, Moris Kori held a number of senior executive positions at Applied Materials, including Corporate Vice President & General Manager of the Mask Lithography & Inspection Product Group, Vice President & General Manager of the CVD Metal Interconnect and Integrated Liner/Barrier Product Groups, and Chief Marketing Officer for the Metal Deposition and Etch Product Groups. Dr. Kori holds 14 patents. He received his Ph.D. from Yale University and his MBA from Stanford University.
Linyong (Leo) Pang, Sr. Vice President, Computational Lithography and Inspection Technologies
Dr. Linyong (Leo) Pang joined the Luminescent Technologies' executive team in 2004 and has played leadership roles with products, technologies, marketing, and customers. His pioneering work in Computational Lithography and Inspection started back 1999, and as the inventor of Numerical Technologies' Virtual Stepper System, which was given the "2001 Editors' Choice Best Product Award" by Semiconductor International. Prior to joining Luminescent, Dr. Pang held several product development and marketing management positions at Numerical Technologies and Synopsys (after acquisition) , and research scientist position at Acuson (acquired by Siemens). Dr. Pang has 27 issued patents, 19 pending patents, and 41 publications. Dr. Pang received a B.S. and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), and a M.S. in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Stanford.
Danping Peng, Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Danping (Dan) Peng brings extensive experience in large scale scientific computing, optimization and analysis for complex, numerically intensive applications including lithographic modeling and inverse lithography technology. Prior positions include lead engineering positions at Briance and Barra Incorporated. Dr. Peng has authored numerous publications in the field of mathematics and lithography. Dr. Peng received a B.S. and a M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Peking University. Beijing, China, and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Bob Gleason, Vice President, Product Engineering
Dr. Gleason brings to Luminescent Technologies over 20 years of research and technology leadership skills in the area of semiconductor process development. His technical expertise spans physics, optics, software, and advanced processes for integrated circuits. Prior to joining Luminescent Technologies, Dr. Gleason held senior positions in engineering management for companies including Intel and Hewlett-Packard. Dr. Gleason is a Member of the Optical Society of America and I.E.E.E. He holds two patents. Dr. Gleason received his B.A., M.A. and Ph.D in Physics from Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Joe Lin, Vice President, Taiwan, Singapore and China
Joe Lin brings to Luminescent Technologies over 20 years of sales and service management experience. His prior companies include Hewlett-Packard and Applied Materials. Most recently, he served as the General Manager for the Worldwide Merchant Photomask Accounts as well as the Greater China General Manager for the Etec Division of Applied Materials. Joe held the rank of Major in the United States Air Force and holds an MA degree from Pepperdine University.
Yoshio Tanaka, Vice President, Japan
Yoshio Tanaka is a 35 year veteran of photomask and optical lithography technologies in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Luminescent Technologies, he held various management positions such as Director of RET Application Engineering, Director of Manufacturing Sales and Director of DFM Marketing at Synopsys, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Numerical Technologies, Corporate Director and General Manager of the RAPID Division in KLA-Tencor Japan. He also served as General Manager of Photomask Engineering at OKI Electric Industry.
David Kim, VP and General Manager, Korea and Singapore Operations
David Kim brings to Luminescent Technologies over 18 years of design engineering, manufacturing operations, application and marketing management experiences that cover semiconductor equipment, flat panel and storage media industries. Prior to current role, Mr. Kim led the mask synthesis division as general manager. His team aggressively led the customer engagements in penetration, satisfaction and adoption of full-chip ILT, which resulted in first ever customer inserting full-chip ILT into production. Before joining Luminescent, he managed Korea and Japan accounts from application and marketing at KLA-Tencor Reticle and Photomask Inspection Division. Mr. Kim has B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
